Instruction for Use:

• Preparation:
  • Read the safety data sheet (SDS) provided with the product before usage.
  • Ensure the surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry, and free from grease or contaminants.
  • Wear appropriate protective equipment, such as gloves and eye protection, as indicated in the safety instructions.
• Mixing:
• Dispense equal parts of glue and hardener onto a clean mixing surface according to the recommended ratio specified on the product label.
• Thoroughly mix the two components together using a disposable tool until a uniform consistency is achieved.
• Application:
  • Apply the mixed epoxy adhesive to one of the surfaces to be bonded using a brush, spatula, or syringe, depending on the application requirements.
  • Press the two surfaces together firmly, ensuring good contact and alignment.
• Curing:
  • Allow the adhesive to cure at room temperature according to the curing time specified on the product label.
  • Avoid disturbing the bonded surfaces during the curing process to ensure optimal adhesion.
• Cleanup:
  • Clean any excess adhesive from tools and surfaces immediately with a suitable solvent before it cures.
  • Dispose of unused mixed adhesive and containers according to local regulations.

Shelf Life:
The 1 Quart Thassos T adhesive has a shelf life of up to 12 months when stored in its original sealed containers at room temperature (18 - 25°C). Ensure the containers are tightly sealed and kept away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to maintain product integrity.
