Protecto Wrap Interior Primer 6000

Protecto Wrap Primer 6000 is a water-based indoor primer for indoor applications and is sold as a concentrate.

Apply primer to all surfaces by roller or brush.
The primer must be allowed to fully dry before installation of the product, do not cover wet primer. When fully cured, it will feel tacky to the touch, but will not come off the surface.
Prime only as much area as can be covered in half a day's work. Re-prime areas not covered in half a day's work with a light coat of 6000 Primer.

No, the surface shall be cleaned by brooming, vacuuming or high pressure clean dry air so that all dirt, dust, loose concrete, or other contaminants that may adversely affect the adhesion of the membrane are removed. (This from the manufacturer's product brochure at the bottom of our product page.)

Can I use PW 6000 on top the sounds prof underly padding ?

It is a good idea to check with the manufacturer of your Soundproofing underlayment. PW 6000 is designed to be used with the Protecto Wrap WhisperMat Soundproofing. They do not reference any other product on there product brochure.
